Justin Meredith
Justin has over 25 years of experience in commercial property and is well known throughout the industry, particularly in and around Greater London.
Before co-founding Floodline, he worked with major UK property consultancy businesses and later became Group Property Director for a private investment and development company valued at more than £250 million.
His background as both consultant and principal gives him a strong understanding of development and investment strategy, funding structures, joint ventures and the management of multi-disciplinary teams to maximise returns.

Faruk Pekbeken
Faruk has over 30 years of experience in water engineering and infrastructure, spanning project management, site supervision and engineering design across the UK and overseas.
His work has included strategic flood risk assessments, sustainable drainage systems, environmental enhancement, wastewater engineering and sustainable development.
He currently manages multiple public and private sector projects and acts as an Expert Witness on flooding and drainage matters.

Espen Ostbye-Strom
Espen joined Floodline not long after its formation in 2010. Originally from Norway, he studied Economics at Leeds University before spending 10 years in the City.
Before joining Floodline, he was involved in a UK start-up pioneering the standardisation of flood-resilient structures and finance for flood-resilient homes.
His focus is on the financial and operational side of development opportunities, joint ventures and regeneration projects.
