MANAGING DIRECTOR

Justin has over 25 years experience in commercial property and is well-known throughout the property commercial industry, especially in and around Greater London. Before co-founding Floodline, Justin gained experience with major UK property consultancy companies including Cushman & Wakefield, Healey & Bake, Chesterton International and NAI Fuller Peiser (BNP Paribas) and later as group property director for a private investment and development company with a value in excess of £250 million.

This wide range of experience as both consultant and principal means Justin has a thorough understanding of all matters relating to Property Development and Investment, including:

• Formulating comprehensive business strategies for Board Approval and financial packaging

• Option agreements

• Joint venture and funding agreements including SPVs

• Managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver strategies on time and on budget to maximise returns to the investor and company
